Staying Connected aims to increase safe access and basic connectivity support to households experiencing digital poverty, also working to reduce cyber-crime risk.
As the Staying Connected Project Lead you will support residents in North Hertfordshire & Stevenage who are digitally excluded from friends and family. By recruiting local Digital Champions, you’ll help residentsย learn how to shop online, and use the internet to access key services via a laptop, tablet or smart phone.
As well as volunteer recruitment, you will seek and encourage donations of unwanted digital equipment to be repurposed and provided to those referred to the service.
