About the role:
- This is exclusively a telephone based role supporting service users from point of entry into the service through to allocation into hub
- Taking phone calls from service users, carers and professionals, and dealing with a wide range of enquiries
- Processing referrals, responding to queries from Children’s Services, GPs, Pharmacies
- Completing triages and personalised assessments over the phone
- Providing recovery planning during assessments
- Providing harm reduction advice to clients during triages and personalised assessments
- Providing advocacy for access to partnership services
- Give advice on addiction and substances to service users, professionals, friends and family
- Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination
