Job Title: Quality and Curriculum Officer 

Band C: £9,934 – £14,906 (dependent upon experience) 

Hours: 15 hrs per week (occasional evening/weekend working required) 

Location: 48 High Street, Hemel Hempstead, Herts HP1 3AF 

Community Action Dacorum (CAD) is a local charity that has been supporting the Dacorum community since 1947. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of our community, by working with individuals and organisations to overcome barriers.   

CAD has delivered a successful adult learning service for over 20 years offering courses for health, wellbeing, employment and integration and we have a vacancy in our Training and Development Team for a Quality and Curriculum Officer  

Working with the Head of Service, the Quality and Curriculum Officer takes responsibility for the consistency and quality of training provided, reviewing the quality of teaching and learning and updating curriculum to meet course requirements. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic suitably qualified individual who will play a key role in ensuring that our adult learning provision delivers quality learning that meets local need. 

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a community facing service and has a passion for lifelong learning.   

Closing Date: midday, Friday 6th October.    Interviews week commencing: 9th October.
