Sunnyside Rural Trust

Sunnyside Rural Trust is a registered charity who has developed an innovative model of care-based support that offers training and work experience to adults with Learning Disabilities, within social enterprise and horticultural settings.

Across our services we grow a range of produce and plants that include bedding plant contracts for local councils and perennial plants for garden designers. We also have two Farm shop cafés and provide therapeutic services that include caring for pigs, goat, sheep, and chickens.

Salary is dependent upon skills & experience and within SRT salary band.

£25,000-£31,000 p.a full-time position (job share considered)

We are looking for a Manager to build on the excellent reputation of the charity, raise our profile through talks, events, promotions, networking, social media, and marketing materials. To support the organisation with systems and admin.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, an open & positive working manner and enjoy working as part of a team. You will need a background in publicity and excellent IT skills.
