Herts Inclusive Theatre are looking for a part time Marketing & Development Assistant to join their small Hertfordshire based team.

This post will focus on supporting the marketing and external communications of the organisation, alongside supporting the Development Manager’s role. The position will report to the Development Manager and work alongside the Participation Coordinator, Company and Finance Assistant, and freelance contractors.

The role would primarily be based at the HIT Office which is currently in St Albans, we do offer flexible and hybrid working. The role requires the applicant to regularly travel between the office and workshop/performance venues around Hertfordshire and North London.

The post will be for 22 hours per week worked over 3 or 4 days, there is an expectation that most of this is carried out between 9am – 5pm but flexibility is available.
