About the Role:
We are seeking qualified linguists with a professional approach to join our expanding team. As an interpreter, you will play a key role in enabling effective communication between individuals and organisations by providing accurate and professional interpretation services. We are recruiting interpreters across the UK for a variety of languages, and the role offers flexible working conditions, including remote, on-site, and hybrid options depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional interpretation services between English and the target language, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Facilitate communication in various settings such as healthcare, legal, educational, and business environments.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all interactions.
- Adapt to a range of subject matters, including technical, medical, and legal terminology.
- Deliver high-quality interpretation in face-to-face, telephone, or video calls as required.
- Adhere to client requirements, company standards, and ethical guidelines.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in both English and one or more target languages (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in interpreting (preferably in a professional setting).
- Professional interpreting qualification (DPSI, NRPSI, or similar qualifications)
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check
- Strong listening, communication, and cultural competency skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional and friendly demeanour, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work in various settings (remote, on-site) and adapt to changing schedules.
Desirable:
- Experience in specialist areas such as public sector, medical, or technical interpretation.
- Knowledge of industry-standard interpretation tools and technology (e.g., remote interpreting platforms).
