Healthy Lifestyle Project Officer (Herts)

Watford FC Community Sports & Education Trust

To coordinate the Trust’s adult weight management programme ‘Shape Up’ to men in Hertfordshire. To be one of the weight management specialists for the Trust and help and support other programmes where necessary. To have a delivery timetable that meets the needs of the project. To manage casual workforce, control the project budget, book venues, arrange sessions, liaise with partners, and ensure project outcomes are met and be responsible for quality of delivery.

There is an expectation on the Healthy Lifestyle Project Officer (HLPO), in collaboration with the Head of Health & Wellbeing, to continually contribute to the further development of the Trust’s work, including working with the Head of Health & Wellbeing to secure additional funding, whilst ensuring the quality and professionalism which is synonymous with the Trust.

The HLPO will be a key role, working across Hertfordshire with a broad group of health and social care stakeholders.
