Young Carers Crew

Young Carers Crew is looking for a dynamic and motivated group manager to lead our thriving Thursday support group for young carers from Stevenage and North Hertfordshire. The group meets at Hampson Park Community Centre in Stevenage.

With previous experience of youth work, demonstrable knowledge of child protection, safeguarding and relevant legislation, and a creative child-centred approach, the successful candidate will plan and deliver all aspects of our fortnightly support group, working closely with our dedicated volunteers to deliver a gold-standard service for the young carers.

The post holder will also have an opportunity to work with the trustee board and local stakeholders to set the group’s future vision and trajectory.
