CHEXS is seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Support Worker to join our dynamic team. You’ll work directly with families, children, and young people to deliver one-to-one support, parenting workshops, creative family sessions, and group programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored family support on issues like behaviour, communication, and relationships

• Facilitate group sessions, drop-ins, and parenting workshops

• Work collaboratively in schools, homes, and community settings

• Support young people’s personal development and wellbeing

• Keep accurate records and contribute to impact reports for funders

• Build strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and community organisations

• Promote the values and visibility of CHEXS in the local community

You’ll be an excellent communicator, a strong team player, and have a proactive, solution-focused approach. Experience in family support or youth work is desirable, and a commitment to safeguarding and reflective practice is essential.
