Education Worker

Herts Young Homeless

• To facilitate education sessions, via lessons, assemblies and workshops to small and large
  groups of young people, on the issues surrounding homelessness, leaving home, independent
  living, conflict resolution, healthy relationships and anger management.
  • To establish and maintain good working relationships with education providers and education
  professionals across the county of Hertfordshire. To maintain regular contact to market the
  service and engage them with hyh Education.
  • To support the development of the education sessions, resources and monitoring tools to
  ensure the sessions are effective, engaging and impactful.
  • To support and encourage service users (ex-homeless young people) to be Peer Educators.
