Can you fill this fantastic opportunity to work for a leading charity and make a difference to the lives of people in your community?  Community Action Dacorum are looking for a Curriculum and Quality Manager to help us deliver high quality adult learning.

Community Action Dacorum is a charity working in the areas of Communities, Employability, and Wellbeing.  We change lives by building skills, building confidence, and addressing isolation in adults in Dacorum and beyond. 

Our delivery programmes are all underpinned by adult learning programmes and your role will be to ensure that our training programme is of excellent quality, relevant and current for our learners.

Reporting to the Head of Training and Development, you will bring your experience of adult learning to help develop our training offer, ensure we continuously develop our services, and be the champion for the highest quality of teaching across all of our training offerings. 

You will work with teachers, learners, and other stakeholders to ensure that our courses are engaging and useful, led by experts who share our values of community and social value.  You will be based at our offices in Old Town, Hemel Hempstead.

We are looking for you if you are familiar with national education standards and has experience of teaching in an adult learning setting.  You can interpret local needs and translate them into an exciting and vibrant curriculum. 

You will be able to work with a team of staff, contractors and volunteers, adapting your style to meet their needs.

The role is currently being graded; we expect the salary to fall into the range of £30,000 to £40,000 pa.  We are happy to consider part-time or full-time requests, although we believe the minimum time required would be 3 days per week.
