- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging posts.
- Respond to messages, comments, and queries across social media channels.
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, emails, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Design and edit digital content including graphics, animations, and videos.
- Assist with updating website content and supporting online course and webinar delivery.
- Monitor social media trends and help identify opportunities for engagement.
- Ensure all communications reflect values of equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Support general administrative tasks and contribute to team-wide marketing efforts.
- Work flexibly, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Meet deadlines across multiple projects and support the achievement of KPIs
