We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and proactive Children and Young People Support Worker to join our award-winning team. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children, young people and families facing barriers to achievement, wellbeing and positive life opportunities.
Through our GROWTH Programme, outdoor projects, mentoring, one-to-one support and community activities, you will help children build confidence, resilience, self-esteem and positive aspirations for the future.
No two days are the same. One day you may be supporting a young person to achieve a personal goal, the next leading an outdoor team-building activity, working alongside schools and partner agencies, or helping a family access the support they need.

- Starting salary of ยฃ28,517.12 per annum

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children, young people and families
- Can build positive and trusting relationships
- Is confident working independently and as part of a team
- Has a passion for helping young people overcome barriers and achieve their potential
- Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Has a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
